This Dayan Guhong V2 3x3x3 Puzzle Magic Speed Cube feels smoother than its predecessor and does not pop. While other cubes rate better in individual categories (i.e.-smoothness, locking up, cornering, etc.), this Guhong V2 Dayan cube rates high in them all.

Smooth like butta, and great visibility.

This cube is my favorite (most of the time, except when in the mood for a change). Smooth and nice turns, Completes at 45-50 degrees and up, as it should.

I used a thin silicon based lube, and kept adjustments fairly tight, and it turns and handles beautifully. No pops. Then I came upon some thicker lube (like baby oil thickness but still silicon based), and decided to try that. Wow, a few drops, it's silent and buttery smooth. A stealth cube, and a pleasure to handle.

Finally, the sticker-less design is clean and bright after a lot of daily use, and unlike most of my other cubes, I can distinguish the yellow from the white in low light.

So, yes, I recommend. Get one! You won't be sorry.

Great speed and very smooth

Wonderful cube!!!! It is very smooth without having to add anything to it. My son loves this brand of cube, he highly recommends this cube.
